Dear OLMC Community,

I cannot believe that we are beginning the last week of school! It has been so wonderful watching your children grow this year! The retreat, day of service and the graduation were wonderful. Please continue to keep the children in your prayers.

1st Grade Dads’ with Donuts
The 1st grade teachers will be hosting the Dad and feeding them donuts for an early Father’s Day. This will take place after prayers in the Prayer Garden (close to 8:30am).

Mass this week!
Mass will be on Thursday beginning at 11:15am. The children are to wear their Mass uniform. This will also be our farewell Mass to Fr. Jerome. We wish him the best as he moves to his new parish, All Saints. PLEASE follow the parking lot protocol even if you are attending Mass. This is to keep the children safe. If you want to say goodbye to the teacher in person, please come for the class party and stay and celebrate Mass with us. After Mass, follow the normal parking lot procedures. PLEASE do not pull your child out. Safety is the #1 Priority!

Uniforms!
Please drop off your gently used uniforms to the school for the Used Uniform sale. We will be having a sale for the new families in late June.

Vacation Bible School
OLMC Parish will be hosting Vacation Bible School from July 18-22. Everyone has a blast at VBS. THEY NEED YOUR HELP! Volunteers are needed to help make this year a success. If you are in grade 6 or older, you can help! Click here to sign up.

Bags
This next week we are going to start making our blankets for the homeless. We need MORE bags please!

Report Cards
On Thursday your student will bring home his/her report card. In addition, we have included a summer packet. The packet for students entering 1st through 6th grades are NOT mandatory. If your child turns it in on the first day of school he/her may have a free dress day on that first Friday. For Junior High, 7th and 8th grades, this is mandatory. Mr. Abbott will be reviewing the novel with the students when they return.

Have a wonderful, safe and relaxing summer! Thank you so much for all of your support this year! God bless all of you and I hope to see you this summer!

Sincerely,
Dr Shewbridge
