All volunteers must be current with their Safe Environment Training (SET) Visit phoenix.cmgconnect.org for information on Safe Environment training opportunities.
The 2020 "Diamond Jubilee 75 Years of OLMC School" Festival is fast approaching and in order for the festival to run smoothly and efficiently, each family is required to complete a minimum of 4 service hours for the festival.
- 2 hours may be completed prior to Festival Week
- 2 hours must be completed during Festival Week
All volunteer hours completed during Festival Week (Monday March 23rd through Sunday March 29th) count toward the Festival Day requirement. Students may not fulfill the family service hour requirement. Please note, each family is obligated to complete the required festival service hours or pay $100 for each uncompleted hour of service.
High School Students who wish to receive service hours can sign up after Monday, March 16 using Family ID 10. The signup will officially close on Friday, March 20.
Each family has been assigned a Family ID, included on the festival packets. This Family ID is required to sign up for your family’s volunteer hours.
IMPORTANT: ALL volunteers MUST be in compliance with Safe Environment Training PRIOR to this year's OLMC Festival, including family members fulfilling service hours on behalf of your family.
